If you pay by card, we process your payment securely but  do not store full card details. -

We may include your name, job title and organisation in printed delegate lists. These are for event use only  We never  sell your information.

If you prefer not  to appear in photos, let us know beforehand and we’ll do our best to help (although wide crowd shots may still include you). -

How long we keep information

We keep:  Financial records for up to 6 years** (legal requirement),

 Event contact details only for as long as needed, or until you ask us to remove them. -

Deletion of your details
