The Mobile News Awards is a black-tie event. Gentlemen are expected to wear dinner jackets and bow ties; ladies typically wear evening or cocktail dresses.

The typical schedule is as follows (subject to change): 6:30 pm: Drinks reception 7:30 pm: Dinner service 9:30 pm: Entertainment & awards ceremony 10:30 pm – late: After-show party with live music and DJ

When do I get my ticket of admission

Your table host will be sent invitations.tickets two weeks before the event.

 Can I reserve a table before paying?

Yyou can reserve a table with a confirmed booking form and a purchase order. Full payment must be received by the invoice deadline to secure your seats.

 How many people are seated at a table?

A full table seats 10 people. Smaller parties may be combined with others at mixed tables unless a private table is purchased..

What’s included in the ticket price?

Tickets typically include: Champagne reception Four-course dinner with wine Live entertainment and awards presentation After-party with live band/DJ

Can we request specific seating or to be near other companies?

Yes — you can note seating preferences when booking, and the organisers will do their best to accommodate them (subject to availability).

Is there a refund or cancellation policy?

ancellations before the published deadline may receive a partial refund. After that date, tickets are non-refundable, though name substitutions may be accepted. Please see the Terms & Conditions on the event website. 1

Will there be photography or filming on the night?

Yes ,  professional photographers and videographers will be capturing the evening. Photographs are available to purchase from the official photographer. Highlights are published in Mobile News and on the official website. By attending, you consent to your image being used in event coverage.

Can you book me a hotel?

Yes, Our events partner Flourish can handle hotels, and car transportation  Details and booking links will be published on the event website.

Who hosts or presents the awards?

A well-known industry personality or celebrity compère typically hosts the evening. The host for 2026 will be announced closer to the event.
