What is the dress code?
Black tie. Dinner jackets and bow ties for gentlemen; evening or cocktail dresses for ladies.
What time does the event run?
6:30 pm – Drinks reception
7:30 pm – Dinner
9:30 pm – Awards & entertainment
10:30 pm until late – After-show party
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes. There is an NCP car park underneath the Hilton on Park Lane.
How do I book tickets or tables?
Select Book Tables on this website. Payment can be made by card or invoice (up to 30 days before the event).
When will tickets be issued?
Tickets will be sent to the table host approximately two weeks before the event.
Can I reserve a table before paying?
Yes. Tables can be provisionally reserved with a completed booking form and purchase order. Full payment is required by the invoice deadline.
How many people sit at a table?
A full table seats 10. Smaller parties may be placed on mixed tables unless a private table is booked.
What’s included in the ticket price?
Drinks reception, four-course dinner with wine, awards ceremony, live entertainment, and after-party.
Can we request specific seating?
Yes, seating requests can be made after booking and are subject to availability.
How do I submit dietary requirements?
Dietary requirements should be submitted by the table host via the awards admin portal.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations before the published deadline may receive a partial refund. After that, tickets are non-refundable. Name substitutions may be permitted.
Will the event be photographed or filmed?
Yes. Professional photography and filming will take place. By attending, you consent to event coverage.
Can you help with hotels?
Yes. Our event partner, Flourish, can assist with hotels and transport. Call 020 3727 3963.
Are sponsorship opportunities available?
Yes. A range of sponsorship packages is available.
Can non-industry guests attend?
Yes, guests and partners are welcome with a valid ticket.
