1. The Mobile News Awards 2025 is open to firms and individuals within the UK and Northern Ireland involved in mobile communications and its ecosystem and related industries.
2. The judging eligibility period runs from January 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025 .Any material supporting your entry that falls outside this period will not be considered.
3. Entries must be submitted via the online submission process on this event’s website only.
4. Each category has a specific entry form, which can be found online on the website. Entries will not be accepted by any other means.All questions on the category-specific entry form should be answered. The text boxes are expandable; however, the combined total number of words entered into the text boxes should not exceed the specified word limit.. Companies may enter for an entry fee of £75 (excluding VAT) for each entry. Information provided within the entry form will remain confidential. Mobile News reserves the right to refer to this information within the Awards Supplement or other Awards-related materials. Entrants may mark sensitive parts of their entries as “not for publication,” provided this is done reasonably. Physical items such as handsets and products may be submitted as supporting material at your own risk and expense for delivery and collection. Crimson Lynx Media Ltd will take reasonable steps to protect submitted items from risk of fire, theft, or loss.. If the entrant submits work or materials they do not own, it is their responsibility to ensure they have permission from the owner or third party to submit the entry, along with any necessary credits and approvals.
5. Crimson Lynx Media Ltd accepts no responsibility for incorrectly submitted information.
6. The judges reserve the right to re-categorise entries if they believe another category is more suitable. However, they will not routinely re-categorize incorrectly entered projects.
7. Any submitted information may be subject to verification.
8. The judges' decisions are final.
9. Companies may not enter any category they are sponsoring.
10. All entries must be submitted by the deadline of February 14, 2025. Entries can be edited at any time until this date.
11. A fee of £75 (excluding VAT) must be paid for each entry submitte.. No entries will be accepted without payment. 12. Once submitted, entries are confirmed and non-refundable.
13. The shortlist will be published the day after the judging has been completed (TBC) Winners will be announced at the Mobile News Awards Ceremony.
14. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
These are the terms and conditions for table bookings for the Mobile News Awards 2025, an event run by Crimson Lynx Media Ltd (the "Company/Organiser"), a company registered in England and Wales with Registration Number 15326930, with its registered office at Scottish Provident House, 1st Floor, 80 College Road, Harrow HA1 1BQ.
All other terms and conditions of business, including any that you may send to us when placing, renewing, or paying for table bookings, are excluded. By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Bookings and Payment -
1.1 Booking requests can be made by completing the booking form and submitting it to the Company. No booking is guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from the Company. -
1.2 The Company will, subject to availability, send a confirmation email regarding your booking request as soon as reasonably practicable. If there is no availability, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. The Company reserves the right to refuse any bookings. -
1.3 Bookings made until February 6, 2025, must be paid within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Immediate payment is required for bookings made after February 6, 2025. Payment means cleared funds in the Company's bank account. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or credit card. Tickets will only be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds.
2. Refunds, Substitutions, and Changes to the Event
- 2.1 Cancellations made until February 6, 2025, will be entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made after February 6, 2025.

2.2 If individual guests on your table cannot attend, you may nominate a substitute guest. Substitutions can be made for individual seats at no extra charge. You must notify us by email with the names and job titles of both the registered and substitute guests. -
2.3 The Company is not liable for any loss due to cancellation of the Event caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (including, without limitation, police action, traffic incidents, adverse weather, government edicts, acts of God, floods, lightning, storms, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism, strikes, lock-outs, other industrial actions, pandemics, epidemics, or other widespread illnesses). The Company will use its best efforts to hold the Event on a subsequent occasion for which all completed bookings will be valid. The Company may alter the advertised content, timing, and/or location of the Event at any time. The Company shall not be liable for any costs incurred by you as a consequence.
3. Liability
- 3.1 The Company’s aggregate liability to you shall be limited to the price paid by you for the booking. -
3.2 The Company shall not be liable to you for any loss of profit, or damage to reputation or goodwill resulting from the booking. -
3.3 You agree to indemnify the Company, its staff, and affiliates and hold us harmless, to the fullest extent permitted by law, against all loss, costs, claims, or expenses of any kind arising from any negligent act or omission by you (including your guests) during or about your booking and/or attendance at the Event.
4. General
4.1 A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any provisions of these Terms. -
4.2 You acknowledge and accept that the Company has the right to publicly announce its business relationship with you, including but not limited to announcements on social media. Such announcements shall not be disparaging or otherwise adverse to your business. -
4.3 You acknowledge and accept that the Company shall be entitled to charge interest on any outstanding balance owed, accruing daily from the date the invoice became due. -
4.4 You accept that security personnel appointed by the Company may eject from the Event any person found to pose a danger to the safety or enjoyment of others and/or any person without a valid ticket. In this case, no refund will be provided. -
4.5 Attendees agree to their images being used by the Company in publications and online media, including for promotional purposes. -
4.6 No branding or promotional material may be brought into the venue or displayed without written permission from the Company. -
4.7 You agree to the Company sharing your name with other attendees to produce a table plan and guest attendance brochure.
