Arun has more than 30 years' experience in the Telecoms, Media, and Technology industry.. As the MD of Red Dawn Consulting, Arun has provided insights and solutions to telecom operators, regulators, and investors globally,   He has held C-level positions at Colt, Ministry of Sound and Teleena, which resulted in a sale to Tata. He established Redbox Consulting, later acquired by Analysys Mason. He has also been Chairman of the International MVNO Association.

Ernest is the Head of Commercial for Broadband and Mobiles at price comparison service uSwitch. He joined Uswitch in August 2010,  as Product Relations Manager, and has since held positions including Commercial Manager - Mobiles and Senior Commercial Manager - Mobiles. In May 2017, he assumed his current role overseeing the broadband and mobiles sectors. 

Justin is the Chief Commercial Officer at PedlDigitl and Accoil Recycling which offers trade-in services to mobile network operators, retailers, manufacturers, and distributors. Accoil als owns and operates online trade-in platform Mobile Jungle.

Tanny  is head of BT and EE airtime and telecoms distributor Mdee. With over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, she has been instrumental in steering Mdee's growth and success. Her career began in 1989 as a marketeer for Hutchison that ecame Orange. She ran channel marketing for CMC which was taken over by Avenir Telecom in 2000. She then led Brightstar UK and later established her own consultancy. In 2014, she joined Mdee to grow it into a serious force in ICT distribution.

Mark  is the Head of Refurbished Technology at eBay UK, a position he has held since 2021. With over 15 years of experience in retail, marketing, commercial, and operations, he has a strong background in e-commerce and a passion for sustainability. Under his leadership, eBay's refurbished category has expanded to feature over 150 leading brands, including Dyson, Samsung, and Apple.

Gerry has a career spanning several decades in the technology distribution sector.  He began his journey in the mobile industry in 1996 with Brightstar  where he served as Finance Director for a decade . In 2020 he returned to Brightstar EMEA to oversee the transition to Likewize, the leading global protection, support and upgrade partner. He retired from this role in 2023

James is CEO of Trojan Electronics which specialises in consumer electronics circular solutions for the consumer electronics sector He is also a prominent advocate for sustainability in the electronics industry. And chairs the Circular Leadership for Electronics and Recycling (CLEAR), a coalition urging the UK Government to remove VAT on electronic spare parts, repairs, and labour to make repairs more affordable and reduce electronic waste.

Paul started out as a mobile device engineer and quickly became a technical leader. He created the original quality standard for P4u’s insurance arm, PAS, in 2004 before setting up his own quality assurance company BlankIT.  For the last 20 years, he has been setting quality standards for all areas of the mobile industry.

Bob began his telecoms career at Hugh Symons Group in November 1994, where he served as Business Manager. In December 2005, The Carphone Warehouse acquired Hugh Symons Communications. Following the acquisition, Sweetlove continued to lead the operation, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining the company's strong dealer base. More recently he has helped build Digital Origin into a leading UK MSP.

Alex is Non-Executive director of UK marketing and events agency CI Group. Before this he was Executive Director of Westcoast Limited where he lead the strategy and execution of sales, marketing, and business development across the UK, Europe, and globally.

Joe is the CEO of Bio-SIP, an AI-driven sustainable modular building system company redefining construction with innovative materials and design. Previously, as Director of B2B at Samsung, he launched Enterprise Edition, empowering businesses with secure, efficient solutions, and led the 'Work Wonders' campaign, supporting UK businesses in adapting to hybrid working. He also created the Samsung ONE programme, a global platform to educate and engage the business channel.
